These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Novascriber ("we", "us") regarding your use of PicRefresh.
PicRefresh provides online image processing tools including but not limited to:
Some tools run entirely in your browser (no upload required). Others require uploading files to our servers for processing. Processed files are automatically deleted within 24 hours.
You must create an account to access certain features and to subscribe to a paid plan. You agree to:
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
We offer a free plan and paid subscription plans. Current plan details and pricing are available on the Pricing page.
Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual recurring basis. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your PayPal account for the recurring subscription fee on each billing date.
Displayed prices are exclusive of any applicable taxes. You are responsible for any taxes levied on the transaction in your jurisdiction.
If a payment fails, your access may be downgraded to the Free plan after a grace period. We will attempt to notify you by email.
Free plan users receive a limited number of tool calls per day. Quota limits reset every day at midnight UTC. We reserve the right to adjust free plan limits at any time with reasonable notice.
You may cancel or downgrade your subscription at any time from your Dashboard. When you cancel:
Scheduled downgrades (e.g., moving to a lower-tier plan) also take effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice.
Your content: You retain all ownership rights to files you upload. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process those files solely to deliver the Service to you.
Our content: The PicRefresh software, interface, branding, and all content we create are owned by Novascriber and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without our written permission.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that processed outputs will meet your specific requirements.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Novascriber shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. For material changes that affect paid subscriptions, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email or in-app notification.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with 30 days' notice. Upon termination:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to binding arbitration or the courts of competent jurisdiction as required by law.
