This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made on PicRefresh (operated by Novascriber). All payments are processed via PayPal.

All PicRefresh subscription plans (monthly and annual) are non-refundable for the current billing period once access has been granted.
We will review refund requests in the following situations:
If you were charged an incorrect amount, charged more than once for the same period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, you are entitled to a full refund of the erroneous charge. Contact us within 30 days of the transaction.
If you subscribed in the last 7 days, have not meaningfully used the Service (i.e., no tool calls on your account), and contact us before using any paid features, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
If PicRefresh is unavailable for a continuous period of 72 hours or more due to issues on our end (not third-party providers, planned maintenance, or force majeure events), we will provide prorated account credits or refunds as appropriate.
Refunds required under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction will be honoured regardless of the above.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. If approved, the refund is issued to the original PayPal payment method.
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or PayPal.

We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or PayPal. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees imposed by the payment processor.
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For active subscribers, material changes will also be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice.
