1. Overview

This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for purchases made on PicRefresh (operated by Novascriber). All payments are processed via PayPal.

Quick summary: PicRefresh subscriptions are digital services that begin immediately upon purchase. Because you receive immediate access to all plan features, refunds are generally not issued for the current billing period. You may cancel at any time to stop future charges.

2. Subscriptions — General Policy

All PicRefresh subscription plans (monthly and annual) are non-refundable for the current billing period once access has been granted.

Auto-renewal notice: Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You will be charged the then-current plan price unless you cancel before the renewal date.

3. Exceptions & Eligible Refunds

We will review refund requests in the following situations:

3.1 Billing Errors

If you were charged an incorrect amount, charged more than once for the same period, or charged after a confirmed cancellation, you are entitled to a full refund of the erroneous charge. Contact us within 30 days of the transaction.

3.2 New Subscription — 7-Day Request

If you subscribed in the last 7 days, have not meaningfully used the Service (i.e., no tool calls on your account), and contact us before using any paid features, we may issue a refund at our discretion.

3.3 Service Outages

If PicRefresh is unavailable for a continuous period of 72 hours or more due to issues on our end (not third-party providers, planned maintenance, or force majeure events), we will provide prorated account credits or refunds as appropriate.

3.4 Legal Requirements

Refunds required under applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction will be honoured regardless of the above.

4. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request — [your account email]".
  2. Include your PayPal transaction ID or the order number.
  3. Briefly describe the reason for your request.

We aim to respond within 2 business days. If approved, the refund is issued to the original PayPal payment method.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days. The time for the funds to appear in your account depends on your bank or PayPal.

We strongly encourage you to contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or PayPal. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in account suspension and additional fees imposed by the payment processor.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For active subscribers, material changes will also be communicated by email with at least 14 days' notice.
